Nico Spacecraft is a small progressive 'Design & Build' studio focused on pairing handcrafted durability & detail with modish design. We are active in the areas of conceptual development and design of interior spaces as well as the design and building of furniture, cabinetry, models and prototypes.
We work as professional designers with the skill and understanding of trained & experienced craftspeople. Solid wood is our favorite but we are also experts in working with veneer, engineered and alternative products. Our work has found national & international recognition and customers.
We indulge in design and are intrigued by space & structure. We seek to connect with the wholesome & true matter of things by studying the greater context of function, purpose & appeal. We see the whole tree in every piece of wood, look for the entire being in each individual and find beauty in things that work and make sense. We know we can learn from everything and everyone and work not only with our heads & hands but our hearts & soul.
